Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing this website or applying for membership of the Community Watch Forum of Liberia (CWFL), you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy.

2. Use of the website

You agree to use this website lawfully and honestly. You must not submit false information, impersonate any person, attempt to gain unauthorized access to administrative areas, or interfere with the operation or security of the platform.

3. Membership

Membership is voluntary and open to eligible residents of Liberia subject to review and approval by CWFL. Applicants must provide truthful and accurate information; false statements are grounds for rejection or removal.

Members must act lawfully, non-violently and respectfully at all times. CWFL members are civilian volunteers: they hold no police powers, must not carry weapons in the name of the Forum, and must not represent themselves as law-enforcement officers.

Membership validation expires periodically and must be renewed. CWFL may suspend or revoke membership for misconduct, and the public verification page will reflect that status.

4. Identity cards and QR verification

Membership IDs, identity records and QR codes remain the property of CWFL. Any alteration, duplication or misuse of CWFL identification is prohibited and may be reported to the authorities. The verification page is the authoritative source of a member's current status.

5. Content

Website content (text, logos, images and documents) belongs to CWFL or its licensors and may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without written permission. Quoting with attribution for news, research or official purposes is welcome.

6. Liability

The website is provided in good faith on an 'as is' basis. While we strive for accuracy and availability, CWFL does not guarantee uninterrupted service and is not liable for losses arising from use of, or inability to use, this website, to the extent permitted by law.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Liberia. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Liberia.
