Join thousands of volunteers keeping Liberia's communities safe.
1. Apply
Complete the online application with your details, community information and a passport photo — or visit your county coordinator.
2. Review
CWFL administrators review your application. You may be contacted for a short orientation with your district or county coordinator.
3. Registration
Approved members are entered into the national membership database and receive a unique ID number — LIB-0001 for national and regional leadership, or your county name (e.g. Montserrado-0070) for everyone else.
4. Verified Identity
Your record carries a secure QR code. Anyone can scan it to instantly confirm your identity and validation status.
Who can join?
- • Residents of Liberia aged 18 and above, of good character.
- • Willing to volunteer time for community safety activities.
- • Committed to lawful, non-violent, rights-respecting conduct.
- • Endorsed by their community following CWFL review.
Membership validation is renewed periodically. Expired or revoked members show as such on the public verification page.
